Beneficiaries of the Fuca NFT Private Digital Trust are the Named Parties and successors in interest — individuals who hold a rightful claim to settlement proceeds, securities, and financial instruments but who may have been denied knowledge of their entitlements due to misclassification, non-disclosure, or the simple passage of time.

The Executor's Office exists to serve these individuals. Every action the office takes — from claims assessment to declaration filing to asset management — is directed toward a single outcome: making the beneficiary whole. The office's fiduciary duty runs exclusively to the beneficiaries, not to any administrative body, intermediary, or third party.

The Beneficiary's Journey

From first contact to full restoration, beneficiaries are supported at every stage:

Discovery & Assessment

The Executor identifies the beneficiary's claim, evaluates the settlement memorial, and confirms the Named Party's status. If the beneficiary was previously unaware, the office acts as next friend to initiate the process on their behalf.

Declaration & Restoration

The declaration packet is filed, the Registrar annotates the record, and the Named Party's title is perfected nunc pro tunc. The beneficiary is formally recognized as a living successor with full legal capacity and standing.

Asset Transfer & Management

Recovered assets are placed under trust custody, tokenized on-chain, and made accessible through the member portal. The beneficiary gains full visibility into their holdings and their value.

Distribution & Empowerment

The Executor distributes per the settlement terms — assigning usufruct, equities, and beneficial interests. The beneficiary transitions from being represented by the office to full self-sovereign control of their own rights and assets.
